Refund & Returns Policy
Important Summary (Seller-Protected):
- Returns are accepted only for UNUSED items.
- USED items are only eligible within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility (unless the item is defective/incorrect).
- Damage/defect claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
1 Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 10 hours of payment. Once processing/packaging has started, we can no longer cancel the order.

2 Returns & Eligibility
UNUSED Items (Up to 365 Days)
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 365 days from the delivery date.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping: If the item is not defective/incorrect, return shipping is paid by the buyer.
USED Items (Up to 30 Days Only)
USED items are only eligible for return or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Items used beyond this period are not eligible.
Authorization required: Do not send items back without contacting us first. The return address may differ from the shipping label address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Clear photo/video proof is required. Claims submitted after 3 days or without evidence will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable/digital products
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care/hygiene items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, we may require the customer to cover re-shipping costs. Contact us at support@zaviroo.com for instructions.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
3 Refunds
Refunds are issued only after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (your bank/card may take additional time to post the credit).
Shipping fees: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective/incorrect.
